The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the discountjewellery4u.co.uk website. Please read through these carefully before placing an order and print a copy for future reference.

1. Effect of agreement

Viewing of discountjewellery4u.co.uk is free but when you use this website this agreement becomes effective and you reaffirm the agreement every time you use the site.

2. Delivery

We can send worldwide but deliveries to destinations outside the EU may be subject to delays and import charges imposed by Customs at the point of entry to your country. Any import charges imposed are outside the control of DiscountJewellery4U and you are responsible for payment of those charges. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not have control over postal services and some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. Please ensure that you check your delivery as soon as possible after receiving it and inform DiscountJewellery4U of any missing or damaged items by email to customerservice@discountjewellery4u.co.uk.

3. Availability of goods

In the event that we are unable to supply goods we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

4. Faulty or damaged goods

In cases of damaged or faulty goods you should email customerservice@discountjewellery4u.co.uk as soon as possible and we will advise you accordingly. In cases where we advise you to return the goods, DiscountJewellery4U will reimburse you for the delivery costs at the rate of standard Royal Mail 1st class post. You will then have the option of accepting replacement goods, or receiving a full refund, including the initial cost of delivery.

5. Cancellations

If you live in the EU you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and have a right to cancel your order up until 7 days after receiving the delivery of the goods. We will refund to you the cost of the goods (including p&p) within 3 days of receiving the goods back. We will not be liable for the cost of cancelled orders being delivered back to us.

6. Data protection

We will never pass on your details to third parties without your express permission and will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.  

To provide a service that meets our customers needs, we may collect data on personal tastes, popularity of products and usage of particular aspects of this site.

7. Website compatibility

We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your computer and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your computer, or any liability for any kind of loss or damage caused to your computer resulting from the use of this website.

8. Copyright

All images and designs used on this website are property of DiscountJewellery4U or of the copyright owners from which DiscountJewellery4U has express authorisation. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute images or content on this website in any form without written authorisation from us.

9. Applicable law

The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
